How to import from an Iomega Zip DriveIn any case, 1st we copy the web to a temp folder on the hard disk. Then we strip all those FP-specific folders and files, i.e., _vti_blahblah Then we get all FP junk out of the index.html page HEAD section. Then we zip it (winzip) then we copy it to Jaz or Zip drive then we unzip it from there it imports fine every time, also preserving lower case filenames We've been doing this several times a day, almost every day for nine months for any number of reasons: Backup, clients out-of-office, what-have-you... but I can't exactly remember what specific problem mandated each separate step listed above CAK |
