This is not accessible under certain conditions.

• If the Server is MS PWS on a standalone WIN95 computer.
• If the Server is IIS.
• If the server is a Netscape Server.
• If the first is the case, set the restrictions on the online web.
• If the second, a user list must be set up by your provider.
• If the third applies, Netscape Servers don't support enduser limitations.
