The following is the work around for the _derived/nortbots.htm:

1. Open your web site "live" over the Internet (these steps will not work on a local version).
2. Open form/page in FP Editor,
3. Look at page in HTML view.
4. Remove the following line of code from the page:   onSubmit="location.href='_derived/nortbots.htm';return false;"
5. Save file

If you want to ensure you don't have this problem at all, then make sure you validate at least one of the fields on your form.

NOTE:  Microsoft's latest version of the FrontPage 98 server extensions fixes this problem.  If you are experiencing this problem, ask your ISP / WPP to upgrade their extensions to the latest.
