How to publish only changed pages to a server without FrontPage Extensions

You can, however, only publish the updated page by using the 'Send To'
command in Explorer and Web Publisher.

1. Publish the web to your local hard disk
2. Point Explorer at the required .html file and highlight it
3. Click right and use the 'Send To' option, selecting Web Publishing
   Wizard.
4. Fill in the web URL etc and log on to your ISP

Using this method, only the selected page will be uploaded. This method
doesn't appear to be well documentated but does appear in the Microsoft
support pages for FP97 (ie. it's hidden).
