    If you receive an error message that the web is busy or that FrontPage cannot open
    "...\_vti_pvt\service.lck" then try the following: 
      - FTP to the site (or use Windows Explorer if this is a local web).
 
      - Change to the _vti_pvt directory.
 
      - Delete the service.lck file.
 
      - Log out, and try now.
 
     
    If the above fails, then contact the server administrator or technical support; the
    server needs to be restarted.
