The following are answers to common questions in the Microsoft FrontPage Client Newsgroup:

Removing Obsolete Servers from your server list - FP 98

  1. Start FrontPage Explorer.
  2. Open the getting started dialog box.
  3. Right click on a server/host in the list, and select "Remove from list"
  4. Answer yes to the prompts.

Removing Obsolete Servers from your server list - FP 1.1 & 97

  1. Exit from FrontPage.
  2. Start Windows Explorer.
  3. Change to your Windows (or Winnt) directory.
  4. Double click on FPExplor.ini to edit FPEplor.ini in Notepad.
  5. Locate the following sections and remove the individual lines for servers that no longer apply:

[Recently Opened Servers]

[Recent Web List]

[Recent File List]
